Creating an Irresistible Church
At Green Street Church our vision is to create an irresistible church that engages others through the love and ministry of our Lord to restore hope, change lives, and transform the community of Hastings and beyond. How do we hope to do this? By making disciples of Jesus Christ to transform people, our local community, and the world in which we live and work.
What to expect
9:00am Traditional Worship. This is our traditional service which offers an intimate, invigorating and rich worship experience. It includes congregational singing, an engaging sermon and meaningful prayer. Holy Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of the month.
11:00am Contemporary Worship. Our dynamic, contemporary service includes music led by the Green Street Church Praise Band, artful preaching, passionate congregational singing and meaningful prayer. It is a relaxed service providing an informal style of praise, prayer and preaching. Holy Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of the month.
Both services are carefully crafted to make Biblical Truth relevant and applicable to today’s culture. We strive to create an environment where people will want to come to find out about Jesus. The use of music, drama, video and more are all tools we use to help people connect with God. Green Street Church offers worship opportunities for kids, students, and adults.
